Subscribed thread emailings.... Are the postal hamsters on strike?

I just realized that I haven't been getting any updates on the several threads that I subscribe to for email updates.

I get email updates on many of my own threads and others as well. For the most part, the email updates are forthcoming and helpful to me when the threads are replied to. But I haven't gotten any thread updates most of this week.

Two recent examples (amongst others I could use as anecdotal evidence):
Ossobucco replied to my pizza thread last night and I didn't know about it until I clicked on My Topics button a minute ago.

The same can be said about the Mundane Participation for the Tragically Bored thread.

Is there a new problem with the a2k email server/service thingy?

Just curious.

I'm experiencing the same problem, tsar.
No email updates at all, though PM notifications are OK.

I asked about this on another thread, yesterday.
Dutchy has the same problem.

I contacted the help desk last week, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Would likely be helpful to help desk to get notifications from a few people so they know it is not just a one person glitch!

Unless they already know that.

I was notified a long time ago that updates bit the dust. I find that I prefer it that way.

I'd been receiving them up until .. oh, a couple of weeks ago?
I miss them.
If you're subscribed to quite a lot of threads they're very useful in finding what you want, fast.
