Jarlsberg, Norway maybe... it isn't clear from the first post whether the town and country both have to be in alphabetical order.

Yes, but you put Antwerp, Belgium which are alphabetical so I wasn't sure if we had to reply with e.g. Copenhagen, Denmark and then e.g. Ekenas, Finland or whether it was just the town name...
