Vince Guaraldi and Bola Sete. I saw both of them in San Francisco in the 60's at a nightclub in North Beach.

Next up is Toots Thielmann.

Right now, Sarah McLaughlin, Building a
Mystery. I love her. Next is Closer I Am To Fine, from a
concert with other wonderful women

Oh yeah Rae, I haven't listened to my oldies
for awhile.... Great Balls of Fire, Chantilly Lace,
Midnight Train to Georgia - but I'm in the mood for
Sarah at the moment, although this can change at
any time and frequently does.

I love Ms. McLaughlin, too, Babs (Misti does, too). For some reason, lately I've been listening to the oldies stations and I'm hooked. Again!

Gezzy, you can have any station you wish on your computer radio. Have you downloaded www.spinner.com? I play it all day long at work:)

Do you all download music from napster-like sites?
I have got the most wonderful collection of music
that I just love and it was all share ware. I used
Audiogalaxy for most of it ... but then they sort of
were busted for it, like Napster and then I moved
on to WinMx, but it really is not nearly as good a
site to download music from as was Audiogalaxy.
Since I got telephone DSL, it is fantastic the speed
and how fast you can download a whole song, or
a whole album, not to mention everything else is
quicker too. I'd prefer to have cable like we had
in Mexico it was less complicated, & had less
restrictions on virtual space. But alas, there is no
cable internet service on our little island as of yet.
But it won't be long.

I know. When I lived in Mass I always had it on the oldies and I could never sit still through hunka burnin love ;-) I really miss it.

Misti
I've tried getting radio stations on my computer, but it always interferes with my computer such as it freezing up on me. I finally got fed up and stopped trying. I love Sarah McLachlan as well, but her songs always make me cry.
