Is this guy seriously this stupid?

I think it is fake because of the laughing. But you never know because sometimes the oddest reactions come out in times of seriousness. For example, i ran over 2 cats at the same time one time. They bolted out in front of me while chasing each other.. My first reaction was... I laughed. I felt horrible later on though.
