it's the truth, I have a GF who was an RN at a government hospital over there. National health care never works, it lowers quality of life for health care workers, and lowers quality of service to the patient

Yes the NHS has problems,i will not deny that,but i would rather have it,than not have it,by the way im going to my NHS dentist tomorrow :thumbup:

sweet, what recouse do you have if he errors and you're left with pain for the rest of your life? Oh that's right none! And his training isn't on par with dentists in the private sector, goodluck!
