Mark I swear I have not overlooked you I have only just started to catch up to them, Both the prayer one I have yet to reply to a couple befor eyou and in the god hate one I have not yet got to you,

I can't see how my answer is going to help you in any way. But here's something that for several yrs I've been trying to understand,its a question that will just not go away.
