It was long ago, so I don't even remember if I got a reply, or if I did, whatever it was I was supposed to do probably seemed like too much trouble.
So, I just kept chai2.

I don't like to expend too much energy when the easier solution is just to put a 2 after my name.

You sent a ticket to the help desk about the account so I asked a question to verify identity (usually what the locked out account email address is in cases we are pretty sure aren't social engineering) but didn't receive an answer. No biggie, but if people get locked out of their accounts we can help, it just might take a few days as I'm pretty much the only person doing those kinds of tickets right now (we have no interface to make these changes to they are direct database edits that only the devs can do).
