I am looking for Info on a 1913 Oil painting signed H.M. Howe?

I have aquired an antique painting that looks to be signed HM Howe and is dated 1913. It is a painting of a bouquet of roses layiong on it's side. I can't seem to find any information about the artist or the painting? Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
