I got an emailing stating that;
"to prevent spam, new members are only allowed to start a new thread in the introduction forum. After you've introduced yourself, your account will be unlocked to start new threads in all the forums."
I then made a nice little post using those little yellow faces illustrating myself, but then the thing said that I could only use 3 smiley faces and then the whole thing got deleted.

Once you have made a reply to a post in a thread, you are allowed to start new threads (but limited to two each day). I'm sorry your post got deleted, but very happy that you posted so I and others in the community can welcome you to the Philforum.
