I always feel like singing when I am getting a prostate exam...Is that the right environment????

They always used to tell me that I better drive because I was too drunk to sing...

I don't know any musical terminology and i've never been able to learn an instrument. In fact, when I tried learning guitar every time I tuned it the notes turned out flat according to a musically-inclined friend. Perhaps I am tone-deaf. I had a music-creating program on the computer which I have misplaced and I made some cool tunes on that thing (probably since I am better with computers than musical instruments).
Music, like economics and politics, seems to be something only certain people understand well. It beats me how people like Bob Dylan and Mark Knopfler can be so skilled at the guitar.

Guitar, piano and vocals. I prefer acoustic to electric because I just don't like loud noises. I have a fairly good voice and I think the songs i have written are fairly original and I like them anyway.

In Amsterdam it does. There is a party in Paradiso every year for people playing on an imaginairy guitar.

I'm basically self-taught so far...managed to find a very nice Baldwin grand piano a few months ago for a very low price, which has certainly inspired me to play more. Thinking of pursuing private lessons now, but not sure if it's worth the money.
