also I love short stories.....Raymond Carver, Joyce Carol Oates....

I actually prefer faction, ie, Hemingway, Michner, etc. Any book I read I look for the cultural and social bits. Ohhh, just love these tiny morsels for the soul. Get to see into peoples lives of the past. Laughing
