Well - pulled bread - as I can recall from my
bread baking experiences (and bread baking
IS wonderful when one is down in the dumps,
so to speak, there is no aroma like fresh
yeast bread wafting about the house). Pulled
breads are, for an example, like a bunch of sticky
pecan cinnamon buns that are each shaped
individually, yet as they rise and bake, they "grow"
into each other and must be "pulled" apart. And
they do this right at the correct place. Just talking
about this is making my tummy growl and my
saliva glands work overtime. And to think
I am on a liquid fast, for 30 days I hope, which
began the day after Turkey Day. I am attempting
to follow some holistic, new age, cure all your ills -
without any pills regimen - just long enough to see
if any noticeable changes or differences - in the
direction of improvement occur. So - I am on a quest!!
