fcc wants answers from verizon

It's very interesting about the $1.99 charge they talk about. It seemed every other month that there was a charge on any random line for data charge. It caused a few quips accusing my family of not properly using their phones. But a couple of times it showed up on mine (and I've always had the premium plan). But my price was always the same on every bill whether it showed up or not, so I guess they did take care of it in the end.
