Star Wars Mosquito Laser Defense System

Several years ago a spoof on shooting down Mosquito's with lasers came out... this thing is hilarious (tired of annoying blood spots on walls...)



But now a company has come out with a real mosquito laser system that actually works. Mosquito's wings are very fragile, so even a relatively small hot burst of laser light vaporizes them and down goes the mosquito. The only problem I can anticipate is if the mosquito is right in front of your eye and you get a hot laser in the eye, probably not good. But at least this is a good proof of concept system. And very entertaining. I suspect that this thing would be a lot more fun than a bug zapper, and those are pretty fun.
