It's actually a different frequency. Humans exist on the sound wave frequencies, hence why males find it difficult to understand females, as females are on a different frequency than males. People are on different frequencies, depending on how focused their brain is according to the Universe and all the vibrations which encompass it throughout this cosmic web which pulls us all together on a subatomic level.
