How do You think this Weird Phenomenon?

I don't know whether or not you guys have ever heard of such news. Believe it or not, it is true there is a Dutch tied the knot with his pet -- a goldfish. His site Marryyourpet.com also provides the service of the kind. He explained why he would like to marry a goldfish and will live with it for the rest of his life is that he feels more comfortable with his pet, while with a female human he would feel rather disappointed.
Is it normal? Or it is just sexual perversion of some sort？
