I also purchased a Rainsoft Gold series that needs the settings changed. The Water conditioner moved from city water to a well and the settings are way off. I'm able to get into the setup menu with the raindrop button but cant make sense of it. So please if anyone of you who received the PDF would be so kind to send it to me I would be very grateful.
