one of my friends is sending a package to me, and the following is my adress. I just don't know if it is confusing to a native speaker of English. Help me !!!

Room No.1705,FuDing center building,HanWang road,KeJi street,East Yanjiao Economy & Technology Development Zone,Beijing, China

Foreign addresses are always a little confusing, but what you posted looks reasonable.

What about the "road" and "street" part?

Write him again and put the address into lines to show how it should look on the package. In the US it's like this

Name
street address
city, state, zip code
USA

There may be some confusion as to HOW the address is to be written on the package. As it is, it looks like it's just one huge line.
