What is this text box/pop up and should I be worried?

While I opened dyslexia's hamburger thread this login pop up box popped up. I haven't seen this before (or ever) here at a2k.

Do you ever wonder if the "cancel" and close x boxes aren't really links to something you don't want to link to. Some images are set that way, or so I understand.

Yeah, I've heard of that technique before. And here, I let my free trial subscription to the Zone Alarm Antispyware program expire 2 days ago.
