My daughters dad has had no contact at all with her for the past 4 years, she is 10 now. He's offered no financial support at all since 2005. What is the time limit of the no contact that he automatically relinguishes is rights?
Are you in America? Laws probably differ from country to country.
In America he never automatically relinquishes his rights. If there is someone willing and able to adopt the child (stepfather) you can have the biodad's rights terminated.
