I've been using the internet on my laptop for the past few months and I've never had any problems with it until recently. It picks up the connection, tells me I'm connected but I can't get on to the internet. Every time I want to go on, I have to reset the I.P address. Can anybody tell me whats wrong with it?
Sometimes I have this problem too, especially after a phone call. You can try and reset your modem, but often the cure is as simple as rebooting your machine.
