Should it be "hours later after I posted the previous post"? I don't know whether "later" can be omitted or not.

Context:
Coincidently, hours after I posted the previous post, I found ECig in my city and bought it. I'd post the picture about it here. But it is quite weird that my camera could not transfer its pics to my comp.

Well, it cost me 20 US dollars. The smoke it produces is benign and comfortable.

Yes, it can be omitted, and, in fact, in my experience, it's omission would be more common than its use.
