Cut up new potatoes, break up corned beef, put in oven proof dish that has been buttered, bake at 375 for 20 minutes, check if nice and hot. Serve sauerkraut on the side, microwaved if you wish.

I should add that these items were found in the pantry which lady Diane has been in the process of cleaning out/organizing. She will most likely eat none of it no matter how I fix it. ( a meal for one it will be) I would probably add some onion as well.

What seasonings do you have? Some fresh garlic would be a lovely addition! Some red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeƱos would be a spicy bit of love as well. Razz

You should add a bit of that onion you mentioned there in a later post.

You have any eggs? Or some fresh rolls? Could make a sandwich.... Smile

Give the potatoes in the frying pan and let them get brown, add the corned beef, add some spices to your liking and finished.
For the sauerkraut, you can buy some good spicy chorizo sausage and add
it to the sauerkraut in the frying pan. So good!!

Dice some bacon. Fry it extra crispy. Drain, but reserve some of the oil from the bacon along with the brown bits. Add the bacon, the oil, and the brown bits to the sauerkraut. My mom's German recipe.
