District Attorney is the one job in America where the power/accountability ratio goes totally asymptotic.
This is one of those crime stories I check up on once and a while and this is the first time I'd looked for it on the web in the last couple of years, I'd figured it was over and done with after a second conviction. I honestly wouldn't hazard a guess as to whether or not David Camm is actually guilty of anything but it seems equally clear that it could be Budha or Jesus Christ under the same circumstances and the prosecutors in the case wouldn't have done anything differently. They might actually be getting ready to try this guy a third time, possibly with cash/clunker money from Borque Oinkbama... This was the case where the guy had an absolutely airtight alibi, ten or twelve other people playing basketball with him at a church gym when the murders of his family were committed, and they managed to convict him two times irregardless.
