Education in Sydney

Hey there

I need all the help from all of you out there. I m a PR studying in North Sydney. My daughter is 13years old and I m planning to bring her over for education. I have no idea which school is good and which level should she starts? Should I enrol her before or after she is here? Should I apply for her student visa before or after she is here? I really appreciate all the people out there who can help me answer all the questions. Thank you
