I'm going to call my lawyer tomorrow and talk to him. Today was the first I've heard about this so called pre-trial and that I'd have to wait 3 months to get a date. Up until now I was told that my ex had 20 days to respond to the summons, which is when a court date would be issued. The court has alread had the summons back for a month, so I don't even think they know what they're talking about. None of my paperwork says anything about a pre-trial either. This really sucks!
