Fleck 2510 Setup

Our Fleck 2510 control valve had its injector screen clogged with iron. After cleaning the screen and the injector throat and nozzle the system does not seem to be conditioning the water. Is it possible that the program wheel is out of sync with the position of the piston? While checking the system after reinstalling the injector, I turned the dial pretty quickly and didn't realize the piston lagged behind as much as it does. Any suggestions? Thanks!
