windows vista user logs in and computer shutsdown and restarts

every time one user logs on to their account the computer starts to load and then shutsdown and then restarts to sign in page . Can someone tell me why this happens and how to correct it . It only happens for one user. Thanks

Account related problem.
Delete account and recreate it.
