how to replace a stuck valve for rainsoft Q2

the display window showed a 2 on the left and 0 on the right and it stop working. From what i have been reading it's a stuck valve can you give me details on how to fix/replace it . thanks

the vavlve doesn't stick , the piston does because of the orings and this usually causes the shear pin to break. Replace the orings on the piston and lube with dow111, replace the shear pin , put it all back together, reprogram and you should be good to go.
