creative artist should always be given the freedom to express their own ideas in whichever way they wish. there should be no government restrictions on what they do.

[+1] - Gala - 08/27/2009If the funding comes from the governement then there's a problem if the content is "offensive". If it's a private donor then it's nobodies business.
