I dated this guy a few years back and I ended it. Well in the beginning of this year I called to see how he was doing and we talked liked every day, then we stopped talking, he was busy with work and I had a family emergency out of state. So just this past month I called him and we would sometimes talk and see each other. Everytime we saw it each other we were making out and stuff. Well just a couple weeks ago we slept together, and we still sometimes talk, what should I do? I really like him still and want to see if we could start dating again.

How about asking him if he wants to try dating again? Sounds like a crazy idea, I know, but it might just work.

However, this doesn't sound too good...

We still sometimes talk... Maybe he is being careful, after all you dumped him once before. Maybe he thought, "She's called me twice, I reckon I have a good chance of gettin' me some tail!" and now he's had enough?

Who initiates the calls when you, "still sometimes talk"? If you're initiating all the contact then I'd say he isn't all that interested. If the discussions are started mostly by him or by both of you then maybe he is.
