Fixed my errors and am now not sure of:
17D. Risks to take on board. s*a*es
Would it be stakes or skates?

"Stakes" seems more appropriate but the "board" clue would need to refer to "table" or bookies "odds board"....or possibly "StakeS"...SS refering to "steamship".

There are far too many headings to look through, eg. lovatts, colossus, big, mega, stinker, holiday, mega, stinker, cryptic, giant cryptic etc.etc.
If you don't want to answer the questions, then don't!
