Letty vs. FPL; Chase Manhattan; AT&T.

Your honor, may I approach the bench?
May I act in my own defense?

He banged his gavel and
glowered at the lassie.
"You look a bit unraveled,
and your tone is rather sassy.
If you do not relent,
I'll hold you in contempt"

Contempt is what I hold
For these corporations bold,
So I'll stand here til I'm
Told to depart.

I may not yet be winning,
But it's a start.

Inspired by Phoenix

reading that, Im now convinced we should have court reporters present their news in verse. Itd be waay more fun and instructive than the same old repetitious bullshit news .

Ya know, farmerman, you may have hit upon something new, and I 'm being serious. Thanks for the comment, buddy.

No lie. Did ya ever follow a trial report in the paper? Its all same old same old with the literary interest of a telephone book.

Nope, never have farmerman. Hmmm, wonder if we send this poem to the district court judge we'll get something new started. It's rather like a military court martial. Joe Jones vs the United States of America. Doh!

A well hung jury. OOPS I meant A HUNG JURY declares a mistrial. I have an extension from FPL.

Now I will have to cut to the CHASE and see what I can do.
My wind storm policy seems lacking,
I guess I'll have to renew.

What can all this be about?
This woman wish she knew
