I am 30 years old and have never met my biological father. Ive been searching for him for almost 20 years. I found out his real name only a few years ago after being lied to by my mother on several occassions. In my family we are not close emotionally and this topic was not to spoken of. My uncle tells me he used to come around my family and he knew my grandparents and that he was in the military and was puerto rican. I have no idea where to start but I do know he was stationed in Germany around the time of my birth. No one else in my family will give me any details and his name is common. Im praying to fill this void. Can any one help me?
