"Well, last academic year we counselled 240 international students for a total of 2600 hours counselling, and finally we won all but just one of the twelve appeals that we lauched on the behalf of students." Is the underline means "but 1/12 the students which we have counselled appeals that we should do better in the best interests of students.

Thank you.

"all but just one of the twelve appeals" is intended to sound like they have done very well - whatever it is the have done.

The word 'lauched' should be 'launched'.
