hey... i write on blogs, i write for websites, take freelance writing jobs once in a while. My question is where is my career heading to? 4 years down the lane as a stringer, i would become what? a book writer? a novelist? a content writer? a reporter?

My specific interest is in politics. I dont want to be a freelance writer all my life!

Marketing offers you copywriting and SEO, and there are plenty of people making a living from writing online.

Try to start a blog about a profitable niche you are interested in and grow the traffic, if you were writing for yourself instead of for others you'd probably enjoy it more.
