Hello! Im first time on this forum so please be nice to me. Ok, what I want to discuss is the questionable project of Nabucco as you may know from the post name. Ok, I know thaty we want Nabucco to be a solution to energy security problem of the european union. But isn’t it weird to bargain one trouble for another? Europe is not going to depend upon russian gas supplies but instead of it we will depend upon wayward third worlders from central asia. Does it really make some sense or am I at fault? Ok, we came to terms with Turkmenistan but isn’t it an authoritarian country? Besides, part of Nabucco comes through the territory of Georgia know to be very unpacific and disorderly. And Georgia’s president Saakashvili is distinguished by his unpredictability. So, such energy security is no catch! Why nobody thinks that on expending a power of money for construction of Nabucco EU takes the bait of our new “partners” who will be in a position to dictate terms to us! Cha-ching!!!
Dear Merde,
No one believes this is your first time on this forum.
Doesn't Nabisco bake cookies?
Cordially,
George

Can someone explain how one of
Verdi's operas can be the solution to the EU's energy problems?

Because it relates to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon (currently Irak)..
