I'm very interested in ancient China. Some people told me that starting from Chinese traditional game-- Chess (Xiangqi). It is said that it's a game for two people playing in opposition. Both players start with 16 pieces depicting various Chinese characters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Play is turn-based, with Red starting.
I have played it several times, but still feel confused about how to play it. Can you give me some tips on it?

There're few people play chess in China now, especially young people. It is played among older people and professional players more.
Every piece has different movement, you must learn all by heart.
