I'm down to the last word...
57d Nationality of 46d - Korean?? Yet if 61a - Corncircles is correct, it makes the 2nd letter in 57d an 'R'.

Clues are: 46d Secretary-General of UN since 2007 (3,2,4) 61a Ring-shaped patterns formed by flattening of cereals in field (4,7)

Yes, cropcircles fits with all other answers. The letters I have for 57d are ?R?E?N (The R being from coRncircles).

I think I solved it..... corncircles is actually cropcircles, which means 57d'korean' fits. Thank you so much for your help though, it was very much appreciated!!
