Gungasnake I did a fairly complete search on the internet for this gentleman and came up with nothing to support that he was a real teacher anywhere.

Teachers can of course be as racist as anyone else but I am tending to think this is another example of the internet providing what some group wish to hear.

No two people are the same. Teaching one can be vastly more difficult than teaching another. Many factors determine such differences. The colour of their skin is not one of them, although statistically it would be easy to suggest a correlation without proving it. For example, you could use outcomes from schools in Zimbabwe and London, but that would be too obviously false, so you choose a comparison with more ambiguity to sell your racist agenda.

I would suggest that all of it is cultural, the only differences you'd notice that directly relates to skin colour, is how often they apply sunscreen. (The redheads seem to be winning that race.)
