is it possible to get deleted wall posts from facebook back?

my band has a group page on facebook, and there was this douchebag, who was making fun of my band (he wrote on the wall of our page) i deleted it right away, i told the rest of my band about it, and they really want to know what he said. i cant remeber what he said, and i deleted his wall post, is there a way i can get it back?
