Which major CMS is best to allow different users permissions to only one page in a web site?

If I have a site called widgets.com and want to give john the ability to manage only widgets.com/john and bill the same to only widgets.com/bill. Does joomla, drupal or wordpress allow that?

[+1] - Robert Gentel - 06/27/2009In wordpress you could make those pages be the user archives but there aren't any easy ways to restrict the permission levels for the main index page or the category archives.
