I'm using Word 2003 and suddenly having a good deal of trouble with it. The latest mess is the vertical ruler which sometimes appears and sometimes not, even though I check View>Ruler. When it does appear, the darker gray bar that indicates location of text on the page is more and more frequently missing, which makes it very difficult to organize a good layout
Can anyone come up with a solution for this?
