I can't lie, im absolutely addicted to green tea mainly, white and black are ok sometimes.

I have yet to drink a cup of joe that doesnt feel like the grease for the cogs of the industrail revolution, shitty and full of caffeine..

what do you all drink in the morning?

you dont have to stick to those two choices

@OGIONIK,
I drink neither, ever. I only drink water, and some milk at supper.

The older that I get, the more sensitive that I get to caffeine. It has reached a point where I can't even drink decaf tea or coffee. So my drink of choice in the morning is Crystal Lite lemonade.

one cup of coffee in the morning.

Green tea, or pomegranite/cranberry juice mixed with sparkling water is what I mostly drink throughout the day.

Folks with gastro-intestinal problems aren't supposed to be drinking things like coffee, tea, carbonated drinks, etc, etc.

Plus, I save a shed load of money. Wink Laughing

I couldn't start a day properly w/o several cups of black coffee. I drink coffee all day, right into late evening. Always black with one or two tsp. of sugar. Sugar only; don't try to give me that Sweet'n'Low crap or any other carcinoginous sacharine crap. And, for the love of everything holy, don't try to give me decaf. My heart will stop. Can't understand people who say caffeine in the afternoon will give them insomnia later on. I'll have a cup of black coffee at 10 p.m. and sleep like a baby.

@Ticomaya,
Jamaica Blue Mtn, fine grind, brewed in a french press. But I'm 90% an Assam tea drinker.

@Ticomaya,
Glad you're okay, Arnie. Saw the bit about your emergency landing. Like Nat Cole, you better straighten up and fly right.

I love espresso, incidentally.

HEB Classic Roast
We started buying this when it was hard to buy groceries, but now that we could buy any brand, we still like it.

Starbucks french roast ground fine by me, with above the recommended amount of coffee per cup. Basically fabulous black tar, into which I put a liberal amount of real cream.

I start with strong black coffee, made the day before, so I can drink it before I am fully lucid. Then I brew a mix of green/oolong/black/blueberry/black currant tea that I drink in the morning and again at night. I also start the day with a multi-B and Eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng). Mid-morning I have another multi-B with Panax Ginseng. Oh yes, with the coffee I have a regular multi-with minerals, C, E, Omega-3, Zinc, Lecithin. At night the same, but with added Evening Primrose Oil, and another multi-B, plus a strong B-12 (1,000 mcgs).
