There are many ways in which a woman can be "hot". The central quality is one of several forms of female magnetism, and a real connoisseur appreciates all of them. Nice boobs and a cute butt are a great for starters, but they are not the only or even the best criteria.

I've met only three A2K women: Sglass, Calamity and Mame. They are all hot. (Though Calamity liked Francis better than me).

I have tried to forget Roxanne, but as we all know she was no woman. (I had some questions to answer at the club after that lunch. I thought that was one of my more magnamous moments.)

You never ran into a woman of average looks who personality is so strong and charming that she light up the room she is in and draw all the males attentions away from the other ladies in that room?

I am going to Las Vegas shortly to meet up with my wife and in my eyes at least, not all the show girls in that town is hotter then she is.

There is far more to being hot then you can detect by way of using field glasses on the beach.

The word hot, as used to describe people, has a well defined, pre-existing meaning, and this isn't it. When used with no other clarification, it refers to people who are sexually attractive. It most certainly doesn't refer to the ability to get multiple PhDs.
