I AM IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A NEW CENTRAL A/C SYSTEM FOR MY 1200 SQ FT FLORIDA TOWNHOUSE . WHAT SIZE TON AND SEER WOULD YOU RECOMMEND . MY CURRENT SYSTEM IS 23 YRS OLD. IT IS A SPLIT SYSTEM WITH THE HANDLER LOCATED IN THE 2ND FLOOR CLOSET OF A BURG AND DOVOSTA HOME . ALSO WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IS A APPROX PRICE BEFORE ANY REBATES , THANK YOU MARK LUPPOWITZ

Can't help you with the A/C, but has no one ever mentioned to you to not type in all caps?

Have you never noticed most people don't do that?

I called my buddy who did my A/C down here in S Fla.and he says a 3 ton unit-13 seer would take care of you at a price of $2,300...roughly....oops, forgot to cap it Laughing
