Poland unwelcome US soldiers

Hello! You know I’m so surprised with attitude of official Warsaw insistently demanding deployment of US-made Patriot missiles in Poland. Do Polish officials not really understand that together with Patriots US soldiers will also come to maintain the missiles? And US soldiers have very bad reputation in terms of their complicated relations with “aboriginals” in whatever country they happen to be. Interestingly, common people from Poland I happened to talk to clamour against yankees making themselves at home in Poland, but this doesn’t seem to help. And I must say that the position of common Poles is quite understandable. In every country where US soldiers get deployed, they play the wild. They get funny with local customs. They are arrogant and caddish. They set regulations at naught. They may beat up somebody being disguised with liquor. They may rape a woman (just like it happened in Japan) or even kill! And they come off clear as US soldiers deployed abroad may go to law in the States only! In practice, such cases are never carried through. US military authorities impute it all to roughing of being a soldier and psychological stress. But I wonder what psychological stress was in Japan? Just bullshit! So far and by, I must admit that I feel like support common Poles in their opinion that US soldiers got to stay out of Poland.
