I´M LOOKING FOR A POEM

Once I heard a poem somebody read at the tomb of a friend. It was in English and said something like that: When I die don´t look for me here. I´ll be with the wind, the breeze... something like that. I was told it was anonymous and I haven´t been able to find it in the web. Could you help me? I´d love to have it.
Thank you!!

I bet it's this:

Do not stand at my grave and forever weep.
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn’s rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and forever cry.
I am not there. I did not die.
