In my opinion, nothing which exists today qualifies as true AI. Everything currently available is just complex programming.
If I had to pick something however, I would have to go with some of the systems being used which are based on genetic programming to replicate evolutionary development. Only systems which incorporate some level of random error and adaptation could be considered "AI", even at the current extremely rudimentary level of sophistication.
