well, living in New Mexico for most of the past 40 years, I felt dissociated from the US for a long time, shit man, many people here don't even speak good enguish, drive low-riders and feed their ninos green chile on their pablum. I may have to move to california.

Do you really believe any of what you have entered in this thread or are you just being provocative to get attention? How is it (if you're REALLY black) that you can't be positively gleeful over the election of a black man as President? Do you have such little belief in the abilities of our government and the fine citizens that we couldn't hold the country together? My guess is that you are just being a gadfly and trolling. Or can you be THAT cluless as to really think this way?! Are you even a resident of US?

Speaking of experts, if you really can read what is being written, you'd see evidence that the start of economic recovery is starting to take hold. There's no threat of US being divided up...much less being divided up into South and North. Criminy!

This reminds me of a funny story. Way back in the late seventies or early eighties, my friend wasn't a Muslim, but he was black and he told me that he changed some of his habits of dress when he was in University- like he grew a beard and wore these beatnik looking glasses and wore this little knitted skullcap all while carrying thick books around...

Anyway, his mother's neighbor was this nosy little black woman (all the neighbors were black - it was a black neighborhood of very well kept and neat little bungalos and gardens down south (by the way).

So anyway, he was surprising his mother (who was also black) on her birthday by coming home for the weekend to help her celebrate. He knew she was home because her car was in the drive, but he tried the door and it was locked so he rang and rang the doorbell - but no answer.

So finally, he yells through a window that was open a crack , 'Ma - let me in.'

She immediately opened the door. He was like, 'Didn't you hear the doorbell? Why's the door locked? Why didn't you answer the door?'

And she said, 'Well Dolly from across the street must have seen you on the step because she called me up and said, 'Margaret - don't answer your door - there's a black Muslim standing on your front porch!

I love that story, and you better keep in mind (for your future plans for the Afro-American Islamic Republic )- that an awful lot of black people already believe in Jesus.

Yes, I have a hobby. My hobby is locating Afro-Americans who have an IQ between 80 and 90( You fall under that category without a doubt). I have very little trouble since at least 80 % of all African-Americans score under 100.

This can be remedied.

suggestions:

l. Slavery ended in 1865. Get over it. You are not a VICTIM.

2. Put away the Basketball. Some blacks are fond of telling their classmates--"Why do you want to act white? You don't need to study"

3. And most important--try to imitate another minority group--The Asians in the USA. Many of them came here far poorer than most blacks, but because their culture is not based on the asinine premise that they are "victims", thousands of them have won scholarships and some have even become Phi Beta Kappas--You won't find many Afro-American Phi Beta Kappas, Snood.

4, If you really and truly want to serve your people, Snood, follow these principles. If not, get back into the welfare line!
